Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the LeadEdge API service at leadedge.dev ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

LeadEdge provides cross-exchange cryptocurrency signal data via REST API and WebSocket. The Service detects price movements on leading exchanges and generates predictions for follower exchanges. LeadEdge is a data service — it does not execute trades, manage funds, or provide financial advice.

4. Accounts and API keys

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account.

— Do not share your API keys with third parties

— Do not use the Service to resell signal data without written permission

— Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription and billing

The Service is offered in Free and Pro tiers. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the applicable rate.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

Price changes:We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the next renewal.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

— Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

— Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

— Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service

— Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

— Access the Service using automated means beyond the provided API

— Redistribute or resell signal data to third parties without written consent

7. Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control including exchange API changes, network issues, or infrastructure failures. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime or delayed signals.

8. Data accuracy

Signal data is derived from real-time market feeds and processed algorithmically. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness, completeness, or timeliness of any data provided. Historical performance metrics (including confidence scores and follow-through rates) are based on past observations and may not reflect future performance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadEdge and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

11. Intellectual property

The LeadEdge name, logo, and all associated intellectual property are owned by us. Signal data delivered through the API is licensed for your personal or internal business use only. You may not redistribute, publish, or resell raw signal data without written permission.

12. Modifications to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal action.
